Our
service is available 24 hours a day, every day
of the year. This
means that we are the first choice for many
news networks when they need to get a story
quickly. Amongst the coverage with which we
have been involved is the death of Princess
Diana in Paris; the bombing of the American
Embassy in Nairobi; the Breitling Balloon circumnavigating
the World, and, many years ago, the film ET
being given an X-certificate rating in Sweden.
Over the last few years, some
of the global tragedies that have occurred have
led to requirements for our services.
The Asian Tsunami and 9/11 are examples of situations
where our rapid response has seen press transported
across the globe to the very site of these disasters.
Following
the World Trade Centre disaster in 2001, Business
Air Centre arranged the first aircraft charter
to land into New York when they transferred
100 people from a leading London news agency right to the scene of the tragedy. |
